Take a peek behind the scenes at what the conservators are currently working on at the Museum. Objects featured include a marble ‘jigsaw puzzle’ of Hermes, a dirty and unstable wall painting from the tomb of Nasonii and an ancient Egyptian artefact. There’s also an example of how the conservators have used lasers to cl...ean stone objects.
