Melissa Grove Cutler My little one modeled for GAP.com a few months ago...I don't have a GAP in my hometown but was wondering if anyone had seen her picture in any of the GAP kids stores...she's the Blonde on the site, modeling for the Toddler Girl's Indigo Collection...
Nicholas Bessette so sad my local Gap store is closing ... The customer service there was top notch and I will definitely not be spending as much at the Gap from now on!

Ernest The GAPs in King of Prussia and Willow Grove, PA are the worst places ever!!!! On hold for 20 minutes because someone couldn't locate a jacket (even with a style number) and then someone asked me to call back because they were too busy. Hello - I'm calling to spend my money in your store and want to be sure you have a ...jacket in the size I'm looking for. I really hope someone from corporate checks this post and lets me know what to do the next time I want to call one of their locations. As a matter of fact, I'll just go to J.CREW!!!!!!

Amy I love Gap & Old Navy but I do have to say I absolutely hate their new return policy! Just be careful. They give you 30 days and after that they will only give you what the purchase is worth currently EVEN IF YOU HAVE A RECEIPT!! I used to work at Gap for many years and never had such a crazy policy. They were always... great w/ customer service but not anymore. I had my first experience w/ this a month or so ago and almost stopped shopping there - it made me that mad. I didn't even want the money back - was just planning to make an exchange and they still would only give me what the shirt was worth which was about $9 cheaper than what I paid. I'm disappointed GAP (and Old Navy) for this policy change. 90 days seems to be much more reasonable!
