Good quality food, exercise and rest give me natural energy... that's the best way to do it if you can... going to bed at roughly the same time everyday, not eating too much before bed and doing cardio in the AM really help to keep energy levels high... adequate water, etc. ... If I'm in need of a boost, I'll take Vega Sport sometimes (it does have some naturally occurring caffeine in it though from Kambucha (sp?) tea... if you do drink tea, Yerba Mate is great... a long lasting energy... I only take these when absolutely necessary though... best to work on natural energy all the time:))
