Jodi I've had the wonderful opportunity to visit Scotland on two separate occasions. In my opinion, it is one of the two most beautiful places on the face of the earth! Not only is the countryside breathtaking, but, the people are so pleasant! My husband's family is from Scotland and I'm proud to carry a Scot name!

Those two days I spent in Scotland were nearly the best days I had in my entire life. I now regret having rejected some dish called Haggis, though. LOL. I lacked courage back then.
