A emissao de gases tóxicos para a atmosfera vai continuar a aumentar !! o acordo que estão a assinar estabelece uma pequena redução do AUMENTO dessa emissão ... proposta dos E.U.A ... mmmmhmhmhh
Pior ! o acordo não é vinculativo ... ou ...seja os paises podem não o cumprir .. interessante
e ainda Pior !! No estimulo ao desenvolvimento das energias limpas alternativas .. aparece logo á cabeça a ENERGIA NUCLEAR !!! quê ???? energia limpa ?? inacreditável !!!!
